Terms of Use
PAYMENT TERMS
A 50% deposit is required with each order. The balance will be collected after the customer receives the product or service. Most major credit cards are accepted. Credit terms are accepted with approval.
QUOTATIONS
All quotes provided by TriVision are valid for thirty days. Orders not received within this time limit are subject to review. Prices and services subject to change without notice.
TAX EXEMPTIONS
Virginia businesses and nonprofit organizations must enclose a tax exempt form with their first order. If the tax exempt form is not received, appropriate Virginia state sales tax will be charged.
TURNAROUND TIME
Turnaround times vary depending on the product and service. Turnaround times are quoted in working business days, and do not include weekends or holidays.
CANCELLATIONS
All canceled orders will be charged a minimum fee. Orders already in the production process will be charged according to the degree of completion at the time of cancellation.
QUALITY CONTROL
TriVision takes pride in the consistent quality of our work. We perform extensive checks of your job before, during, and after the process to assure that your standards have been met. In the rare case that you are dissatisfied with your job, you must file a formal complaint within 24 hours.
COLOR CONTROL
TriVision prints to high quality commercially pleasing color specifications. A very small color shift may occur between your original and the printed job. If part of your job is particularly color sensitive (e.g., your logo must match the original exactly) please note this on your order form. We will be sure to keep the color of any critical components as close to the original as possible.
ORIGINAL ARTWORK
All original artwork, photographs, disks etc. are returned to the customer. All preparatory & pre-press materials (e.g. separations, final files) and videos recorded by TriVision remain the exclusive property of TriVision.
COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENTS
TriVision Studios, Inc. will not accept responsibility for copyright infringements resulting from the reproduction of documents provided by its customers. TriVision reserves the right to refuse any job it believes will violate federal, state or local law.
OVERRUNS AND UNDERRUNS
Most printed products are subject to a quantity variation not exceeding 10% over or under the ordered quantity. Final billing to customer adjusted accordingly.
DROP SHIPPING INFORMATION
If you would like the job to be shipped to a third party, please be sure to include the address, phone number, and contact name for the drop shipment. Also be sure to arrange payment prior to drop shipment.
ON-LOCATION VIDEO DISCLOSURE
A 50% deposit is required in order to reserve the event date. Without deposit, quoted prices are good for 15 days. Prices subject to change without notice. TriVision is not responsible for any restrictions placed by the location such as lighting, movement, and/or camera placement. During these conditions, the TriVision crew will try to do their best to compensate for the difficulties. In case of partial loss or damage of the videotape, TriVision will refund 50% of the total amount. In case of total loss or damage of the video tape due to equipment failure, or no show by the crew, TriVision will provide a 150% refund. TriVision reserves the right to have the appropriate credits in the video. The original raw footage is the property of TriVision, Inc. Please check the contract thoroughly. TriVision accepts no responsibility for any misunderstanding. Your payment is due in full upon reception of the master videotape. Customer shall be responsible for and hereby agrees to pay late charges of $75 per week, plus all costs of collection, including but not limited to attorney's fees incurred with respect to delinquent accounts.
