Case Study: THE WORLD BANK

The World Bank is an international financial institution that provides loans to developing countries for capital programs. Since its inception in 1944, the World Bank has expanded from a single institution to a closely associated group of five development institutions. Their mission evolved from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) as facilitator of post-war reconstruction and development to the present-day mandate of worldwide poverty alleviation in close coordination with its affiliate, the International Development Association, and other members of the World Bank Group.

Branding Campaign & PR

Today, the World Bank has thousands of multi-disciplinary and diverse staff that includes economists, public policy experts, sector experts and social scientists—and now more than a third of its staff is based in country offices. Its human resources department (‘myHR’) website contains information that is designed to assist new staff, retirees and spouse/partners.

TriVision was brought in when the management of World Bank in Washington, DC was in need of rebranding its HR department and web portal for easy and efficient access by its employees. TriVision’s role was to provide creative solutions to World Bank’s myHR department. TriVision utilized a multi-disciplinary creative approach, from conducting an initial brand strategy meeting to brand creation, brand extensions, creative collateral design, exhibit signage and web solutions.

Web Video Promotions

TriVision also provided video solutionsin order to enhance and support the new brand and web portal for World Bank employees.  TriVision used its in-house 3D animatorsand motion graphic artists to create a stunning short video to not only promote the new ‘myHR’ portal but also to serve as a tutorial video.  The branding campaign proved successful and was well received by the World Bank staff.
