Case Study: Imagination Learning Center

Being in business for over twenty years, ImagiNation Learning Center provides a new approach to quality child care. By combining affordable infant to child care with a quality educational experience, ImagiNation Learning Center strives to help children with the fundamental social skills that promote learning. 

Brand Strategy & Design

TriVision was selected to lead previously named, Westfield’s Play and Learn through a project aimed at revitalizing and repositioning their brand. Their daycare was considered by locals, “the town’s best kept secret” and was praised by their existing clientele for doing good work, but had almost zero name recognition in the general public. TriVision was brought in to help provide a consistent, compelling and innovative branding strategy that was representative of what they stood for. The challenges faced were to update their outdated brand in efforts to look current and more professional. In addition, they repositioned their brand message to change the public’s perception of them of only being a daycare center. The new strategic efforts had to capture the spirit and appeal of Westfield’s Play and Learn, while defining their brand’s corporate messaging.

Website Design & Development

Other external efforts done by TriVision during ImagiNation’s brand development phase was to create a website that captured the true essence of the brand. The website served as the primary resource for all of ImagiNation’s activities and childcare service offerings. This site works to attract prospective parents who are trying to find a reputable child care and tutoring services for their children, in addition to providing information to the current parent clients to receive any kind of information and resources needed.

Marketing Collateral

TriVision approached these challenges by doing an entire brand reconstruction starting with changing the name of Westfield’s Play and Learn to ImagiNation Learning Center. The name change was done to help showcase their services of being both a child care and a learning center, something that was relatively unfamiliar to the general public in the past. Guiding the ImagiNation brand to its new identity, a new logo was created to illustrate their new brand persona which was applied to their brand collateral such as stationary, folders, business cards, web banners, brochures, folders and promotional items. Additionally, TriVision helped ImagiNation Learning Center with creating and producing a new employee handbook, in efforts to help improve the center internally.

Online Marketing Videos

TriVision created a series of web marketing videos which featured ImagiNation Learning Center’s administrative staff expressing their thought on how their facility and operation is considered by locals, “the town’s best kept secret”. The videos were shot in the ImagiNation Learning Center’s facility with a full pre-production, production and post production team. The videos are currently on their website home page and also on their YouTube page.

Throughout TriVision’s relationship with ImagiNation Learning Center, enrollments to the centers have gone up significantly. More importantly, their long-term goal to increase their brand recognition in the local community was met. Brand recognition is a key driver for long-term support and success for any business or product.
