COMPANY: STAFF

TriVision Advertising and its parent company, Kabul Felez, have experienced staff of Afghan Nationals that are prepared to complete every task in hand. TriVision Advertising is committed to fostering an atmosphere conducive to creativity as well as productivity. To create such an atmosphere the management employs a two-step approach.

First, TriVision hires only enthusiastic, versatile employees who are passionate about design, production, print or video. The second step is to then allow these employees the freedom to explore their interests -- even if these interests lie in another discipline. By encouraging members of its staff to contribute to other departments TriVision nurtures a spirit of collaboration and a free exchange of ideas. This approach has led to a core staff of young, talented individuals whose ideas and creativity combine and overlap to create outstanding results.
